During the year 2000 I delivered 120 vehicles, 41 of which posed for a photo.  Thank You.  That is an average of ten cars
per month.  I would say that is not too shabby considering I was on the rebound for multiple reasons; divorce, a
business venture went bad and the most tragic of all; I lost my best friend of sixteen years to a terrible car accident.
Leon Dowdy's Millenium 2000 Customers
Fernando Acevedo's 1991 Ford Escort.  These kids paid cash.  Real cash; green, dead presidents.  I don't
see that too often anymore.
Mrs. Battisti's 1993 Cadillac Seville.  This car was so hot that there were  three different buyers bidding on it.
We see who won, right?
Mr. Bizzari's 1991 Chevy S10 Blazer.  Each year I will give a couple cars away.  Not literally, but figuratively
speaking.  This was one of the ones I gave away in 2000.
Mr. Brindle's 1991 Buick Century.  When I met Mr. Brindle he was on the hunt for a car because the motor in
his old car blew.  A month later he was back in the market for the same reason.  Would you say it is the cars,
or the driver?
Mr. Britsch's 1992 Ford Taurus.  Mr. Britsch was grateful enough to pause to pose with me, Leon the Link.
Mr. Bryan's 1995 Mercury Mystique.  This is a car we would both later call grow to refer to as the Mercury
Mistake.  It is a long story but I am sure you can use your imagination to figure the gist by the nick name.
Mrs. Cisar's 1996 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  This was the second most expensive car I sold this year.
Mr. Jim Collaizzi's 1996 Pontiac Transport.  Jim is a local body man slash mechanic in our area.
Mr. Colarusso's 1996 Chevy Cavalier Z24.  There are times when regardless of the circumstances, I want to
see somebody get a certain car.  This was one of those times.  Tho the odds were stacked against us, we
made this 1 happen.
Mr. Copenhaver's 1992 Oldsmobile Delta 88.  Meet another                             referral.  Both Neil  & his father
purchased cars from of me.
Mrs. Cox's 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Cruiser.
Mr. Damon Dicenzo's 1993 Pontiac Grand Am.  Damon later traded this car for an Intrepid.  He also married
the girl in the picture, had more kids, bought a house, dogs and lives happily ever after...
Mr. Georhing's 1993 Nissan Maxima.  Time is flying by.  Even I do not realize just how fast it is passing until I
look back over some of these pictures.
Georgina's 1996 Chevy Blazer.  Just for the record, that is not her new truck in the picture.  Miss Georgina was
so attached to her old truck that she chose to have a picture with me, Leon The Link and the old truck instead
of the new one.
Mr. Harvey's 1996 Cadillac Eldorado.
Mr. Hernandez's 1991 Ford Probe. They did not look like much, but these cars were fast.  Really fast.
Mr. Hufnagel's 1996 Chevy Monte Carlo.  At first this guy seemed to be a cranky old man.  In the end he turned
out to be a really nice guy.  You know what they say, "Never judge a book by its cover."
April Hutman's 1995 Pontiac Bonneville.  I don't think April knew what she was getting into when she first
picked out this supercharged Pontiac.  Oh well, I am sure she does now.
Lorraine Jacoby's 1991 Chevy Camaro.  This is actually Lorraine's daughter, the car was purchased by
Lorraine for her daughter.  Nice lady huh?
Edwina Kapp's 1992 Buick Somerset.  Its a family affair.  I know it is not my place to ask, but where are they
all going to sit?
Ross Landfried's 1991 Chrysler Lebaron.  Cash Deal!  My favorite kind.  Ross ran the wheels off of this car.  I
don't think it ever sat still.
Mr. & Mrs. Leiter's 1991 Chevy S10 Pick - up.  Often when I sell a car or look back at pictures from years gone
by, I wonder which couples are still together.
Tammy Locascio's 1995 Toyota Camry. She convinced her guy to trade his big work truck for this car?  I
wonder if they are still together?  Can you tell I am a little jaded in regards to relationships?
Mrs. Longstreth's 1988 Dodge Grand Caravan.  The smile says it all.
Miss Macosko's 1991 Ford Taurus.
Mrs. Marzarella's 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera.  She did not even a have driver's license when she
purchased this car.  She had her car delivered to her house on a flat bed.
Linda McGuane's 1991 Dodge Caravan.
Mr. Miles' 1984 Pontiac 6000.  Mr. Miles paid $300.00 for this car and was so happy for it.  He often called
long after he had it just to say thanks again. It is stuff like that which keeps me in this feast or famine gambit.
Mr. Adam Miscovich's 1996 Hyundai Accent.  Adam bought this car before Hyundai got back on the map.  It
was a wonder I was able to sell it to him because I did not like them at the time.
Mr. & Mrs. Panzera's 1995 Nissan Pathfinder.  It is one thing to say it is a nice truck before they buy it, of
course you expect me to say that, but now that it is down the road, I can say for certain, this was a nice truck
Ted Pushinsky's 1984 Ford Thunderbird.  We went through this period where we made a bunch of old cars
available to the public instead of taking them to auction.  Ted paid $300.00 for this car.
Mr. Rob's 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis.  Mr.  Rob bought this car just to get through college.  He was kind of
wild, I wonder if he finished?
Miss Sirianni's 1991 Chevy Cavalier.
Jason Stuart's 1991 Mercury Sable.
Mr. Andy Teng's 1991 Honda Accord.  When Andy purchased his car it already has 170,000 miles on it.  He
drove it another year and a half before leaving the country.  That is a testimony, eh?
Miss Kathleen Thompkins' 1991 Buick Century.
Mrs. Thompson's 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais.
Bill Weifenbach's 1987 Ford Ranger.  Bill & I graduated high school together.
The Wolowsky's 1986 Plymouth Voyager.
Miss Wright's 1995 Pontiac Sunfire.  I don't get nervous around too many people, but pretty girls still make
me blush and this girl had me off center.  I thought she was cute and I wanted to ask her out except for a big
age difference.
Mr. Zorn's 1991 Acura Integra.
