Early in '06 I suffered a bad case of burnout.  After taking the beginning of the year off to clear my head, I decided it was
time to go back to work.  I returned to CarXpress and still  could not get it together for some reason so I decided it was
time for change.  I did not know what I was going to do or where I was going to go but I had to do something.  I was
sinking fast.  With no plan, I gave my two weeks notice.  Before I could even go job hunting, Rohrich Cadillac called
and offered me a job.  At first I was nervous about accepting their offer because their dealership has always had a
grand reputation and I did not know if I could meet their standards or not.  Anyway after talking it over with my wife, my
parents, and my peers, I decided to give it a shot.  So far so good...
Leon Dowdy's 2006 ROHRICH Cadillac Customers
Dino Aracri's 2003 Cadillac Sedan Deville DHS.  Dino is a cook at Aracri's  restaurant.  I have been meaning to
get up there and get a comp'd meal, I just have not gotten around to it so far.
James & Nancy Balkey's 2003 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  I want us to be like this couple when we grow up.
Mr. Joseph Cook and his 2003 Cadillac CTS(s).  This deal was one too good to tell in just a couple
of lines.
Mrs. Patricia Haberman's 2003 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  If I could make a wish, I would want Patty's
disposition.  Every time I saw or talked with her she was soooo happy.
Tammy David's 2002 Cadillac Escalade.  I thought it was so cute that Tammy was worried about what her
neighbors would think when she came  home in a Cadillac.
Sean Dooley's 2004 GMC Sierra Denali Quadrasteer Pickup.  Sean flew in from Connecticut to pick up his
truck.  I scooped him at the airport and he then drove it home.
Kevin Ford's 2001 Cadillac Sedan Deville.
Sheila Gilmore's 2005 Chevy Equinox.  Sheila is an old friend of the family.  I have known her for
thirty years.  It is about time I sold her something.
Mr. John Giovaninni with his 2003 Cadillac CTS.  VP of National City.  You know what they say, "Its not what
you know, it is who you know."
Mr. John Graff's 2002 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  It took almost six months to close this deal.
Bernie Heinlein's 2001 Cadillac DTS.  When Bernie comes off the road from driving his big rig, he wants to
relax into a nice car.
Ronald & Linda Hall's 2004 Cadillac Sedan Deville DHS.   Ron owns a credit union so needless to say, we
did not get the
financing.
John Higgin's 2004 Cadillac CTS.  Harry Horsick's new car is John's Old car.  One man's boredom is another
mans bliss.
Mr. Harry Horsick's 2000 Cadillac Eldorado ETC.  Harry searched for months before finding the car he
wanted.
Kenton Klink's 2001 Cadillac DHS
Mr. Doug Lazarchik's 2003 Cadillac Seville SLS
Jack McDonough's 2003 Cadillac Sedan Deville
Sallie & Richard McKenzie's 2003 Cadillac Escalade EXT
Michael's Enterprises 2003, 2003, 2004 & 2005 Cadillac Escalades.  In twenty years this was a first.  I have
heard of other guys getting these kind of deals but never has one fallen into my lap until now. One customer;
one sale; four vehicles. I am still somewhat in shock over it.  What kind of guy can stroke a signature for one
hundred and fifty thousand dollars worth of vehicles?  I want to be like him when I grow up.
Mark & Donna Mirenna with their 2004 Cadillac Escalade.  Most modern day deals are a chore to close.  This
one was a pleasure to handle.  It went to smooth and easy from the word go.
Mr. John Orife with his 2002 Mitsubishi Montero.  My boss was going to take this truck to the
auction because it is not a Cadillac.  I asked him to give me a few days and he did.  Bet he is glad
he did now.
Mr. Joshua Piper's 2001 Cadillac Seville STS.  When Josh walked on the lot a couple of the other guys looked
at him and saw a young boy who would probably buy nothing.  I have flipped that coin and lost so I took care of
him.  I win!
Ron Brody's 2002 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  Because of this sale I can now say that I
am national.  It is customers like Ron who allow me to make such a claim.  Heis
from Bangor Maine which is the setting for the
Dead Zone and home of the famous
writer Stephen King.  Let me ask you this?  How many Cadillac Dealers do you think
Mr. Frances Quinn's 2003 Cadillac Sedan Deville
Mr. Kenny Robinson's 1998 Buick Park Avenue Ultra
Mr. Marc Samuel's 2005 Cadillac STS AWD
Mr. Tim Sinagra's 2002 Cadillac Sedan Deville DTS  To date Tim has purchased three cars from me.  The
first was a Plymouth Breeze, the second a Monte Carlo SS and this is the third.
Mr. Vince Sortino's 2004 Cadillac Sedan Deville
Ms. Elaine Tresch's 1996 Buick Lesabre This car has 26000 miles on it in 2004.
Mr. & Mrs. Fred & Judy Wasylson's 2003 Cadillac Sevile STS.  These two turned out to be a really couple.
They brought me food well after they had taken delivery.
David & Carla Heinbaugh's 1999 Cadillac Sedan Deville .  I did the same thing to David they used
to do to me.  I went to a predominantly white school & everyone thought I could ball cause I was
black.
James Harris' 2005 Cadillac Sedan Deville.
Mr. Taras Wolos' 2002 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  No trade, no financing, no warranty and no profit but still I had
a good time selling this car anyway.
Channie Hill's 2003 'Out Of The Blue' Escalade EXT.  Channie drives a big brown UPS truck all day long.
While delivering he saw this pretty blue truck.  He stopped, looked and decided it would make a nice
Christmas present for his wife.
Mike Butera & Michelle Lewis' 2005 Cadillac SRX.  Michelle replaces an '05 SRX with another '05 SRX after
an unfortunate roll-over.  That is the bad news.  The good news is, she is not totalled, just the car is.
Augusta Kairys' 2005 Cadillac SRX.  This was a fun deal.  What I mean by fun is this; dealing to Augusta was
like chatting with a friend.  She was just so warm and friendly that I almost forgot I was selling a car.
Mr. Edward Stein of Atwood Home Builders with his 2005 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  Mr. Stein went on six
different test drives before locking in on this car.  That was only the half of it.  Getting to the right number that
got him to say yes was no easy task.
Mr. Martin & CJ Rennick with their 2005 Buick Lesabre.  I don' t know how I did it before the
Internet.  I sell more cars today to people that never even see them until it is time to take delivery.
Mr. Robert Woods' leans back on his 2003 Lincoln Town Car.  At first it seemed I had just a looker on my
hands.  A closer looked told me that my first look was wrong.
Miss Slawinski cheeses up next to her 2004 Chevy Ventire.  Lucky number seven.  That is what number car
this was that I had delivered the last week of October.
James Sharp & family with their 2003 Lincoln Aviator.  I had a good week and was ready to wrap up.  I was
content with selling 8 in one week when James and his family drove in from Morgantown.  His deal made 9
and then I wanted one more to make 10.
Mr. Jacob Letersky and his 2004 Cadillac Escalade.  Jake waited for the bump, but he never got it.
He was so shocked when he didn't, he hugged me.
Mr. Ernest Stern with his lady friend Donna with his 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT  Mr. Stern flew almost two
thousand miles to allow me his business.
Mr. Charles Christ & his 2003 Cadillac Sedan Deville.  This was a fun deal.  Until Charles came in
I had not negotiated so hard in a long time.  Idid not make any money, but I go the deal. Win Win.
Mrs. Sally Davis' 2005 Cadillac STS.  Sally was going to buy a new Chrysler 300.  Key word was.
Now that the deal is done, I honestly think she will be happier in a Cadillac.
Mark & Lisa Lapresti's 2007 Cadillac Escalade.
Michelle & Matt Smith's 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT.  Matt & Michelle flew into Pittsburgh International from
Richmond where I picked them up to take delivery of their 2005 Caddy.  As you can see it was rather late
when we finished up.
there are between Pittsburgh and Bangor?  I don't know the answer to that question but I am sure there are a few.  The
fact that I got the business says something about me and the store.
